We strive to provide 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services with or without notice.

6. Payment Terms

• Payment is due according to the agreed schedule
• Late payments may result in service suspension
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified
• Prices are subject to change with prior notice

7. Support and Maintenance

Support and maintenance services are provided according to your service agreement. We offer 24/7 support for critical issues and business hours support for general inquiries.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Southern Tech Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services according to the terms of the service agreement. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access immediately for violations of these terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sri Lanka.
